Something different from the usual roast chicken at The Chicken Rice Shop, TCRS’s ‘Ayam Sedap Baq Hang’ is this chicken dish grilled to perfection, doused in this really spicy yet flavourful sauce. The chicken itself is seasoned well, topped with curry leaves and dried chillies. We got to try out the big and huge Dino Choco Malt drink as well which came along with the set we chose.

Ayam Sedap Baq Hang, must try

My personal take on the dish is that it’s "OH SO FLAVOURFUL"! Have it with the aromatic chicken rice, and you have yourself some really nice buka puasa feast. I like that the sauce isn’t just on the outer coating of the chicken, but once cut open, we could still taste it from within the grilled chicken itself. Mouthwatering indeed. 

Dino Choco Malt

The Dino Choco Malt that came along with the ‘Ayam Sedap Baq Hang’ deserves it’s special mention as well. Elsewhere it may just be your favourite “Milo Dinosaur”, but here, you get so much choco malt on the top that you could literally eat it before drinking the drink.
