We kicked off our fancy meal with some healthy but tasty Mesclun Salad with Grilled Salmon and Sesame Dressing, continued by the Creamy Lobster Bisque and Chicken Tikka Pizza. All these were great soup, starters and appetisers, great to whet our appetite for more meaty dishes to come.

My favourite Angus Tenderloin came next, done to perfection, medium rare, bloodied, tender and tasty! My choice has always been ribeye, but here the tenderloin was done really good as well.
