A brand new modern looking food court just opened up over at Plaza Alam Sentral, Shah Alam, aptly named the Muhibbah Makan Place Food Court. I was at their launch event the other day, savouring some of their multi-ethnic food offerings with a traditional touch. Malaysians sure love their food, and the good folks behind Muhibbah Makan Place Food Court is adamant to serve the best. Check them out.

A collaboration between two Malaysian chefs, Chef Wan and Chef Bala, they give us an exposure and knowledge on the F&B trends, sharing their experience with interesting insights and tasty noms. Preparing healthy food at a reasonable cost, served with style, that's the whole concept behind Muhibbah Makan Place Food Court.

But hey, that's what food courts are for right? You get to please everybody, as everyone will get to choose their favourite dishes.

Both the chef owners gave a lot of thought into providing healthy food in style, as well as the overall supply chain. Operating from various locations, they also have central kitchens located in Ampang, commercial office in Puchong and multiple corporate kitchens. Muhibbah F&B Sdn Bhd provides 3 days free in-house catering trial for corporate companies who wish to treat their employees with healthy food.

Dining at Muhibbah Makan Place Food Court, I can see a lot of passion has been put into the dream of making this place a spot to savour delicious Malaysian cuisine. We were treated to a performance by Aisyaf AF and Maulana AF during the launch event as well.
