IJM Land's Bandar Rimbayu "Share Your Love" Weekend

It was a beautiful weekend over at IJM Land's Bandar Rimbayu last weekend, which saw more than 2000 visitors participating in the "Share Your Love" with IJM Land Bandar Rimbayu event. Love is in the air, and the activities held throughout the 2 days incorporated the "love" and wedding theme. Beautiful people, dresses, there was even beautiful white horses, merry go round and spanking new showrooms on display. Read on below. 

Share Your Love with IJM Land's Bandar Rimbayu

Morning kicked off with an appreciation breakfast for home buyers who had purchased Scarlet Residences 24’ x 70’ double storey link home at Bandar Rimbayu. Guests were treated to a seated breakfast and then presented with a RM800 IKEA gift card, which would have definitely been put to good use in furnishing their new homes. How lucky of them!

It was a feast for the eyes, and is especially good for two folks ready to tie the knot in matrimony. Throughout the 2 days of the campaign, IJM Land organised wedding-related activities including an expo with 7 bridal houses who were on hand to provide information and ideas to couples looking to tie the knot. Over the course of the weekend, a total of 10 people who had signed up with wedding packages with the bridal houses at the wedding expo, each walked away with a RM500 cash voucher in a Lucky Draw.

Staying true to its theme of sharing the love, a bridal runway was organized when I was there, showcasing all the latest trends in wedding fashion. One of the activities even included a make-up tutorial session by Artistique: Beauty Training Center. The young and the young at heart were also kept entertained by horse riding and carnival attractions such as a merry-go-round, mini train and a pirate ship, while unique post card giveaways served as a memorable reminder of what it was like to Share Your Love with IJM land.

IJM Land’s ‘Share Your Love’ campaign is an opportunity for families to come together to build on the sense of camaraderie and community. A social media campaign ran in the weeks leading up to the event, where people were encouraged to post a photo of themselves on Facebook using the hashtags #rimbayushareyourlove and #IJMrimbayu. 

On the day of the event, the photos were printed out and spread out over the grounds, and visitors who located their own photos could then redeem them for a personalised stamp courtesy of Setemku.
