So there I was on a bright sunny weekend, last week to be exact to witness the  Jus Mangga Pran "Minum & Menang" Contest Prize Giving Ceremony over at Sri Damansara Club. Now I'm not a big juice drinker, despite the fact that these are healthier options that your usual coffee. Thanks to the sweet invitation from Ujang and the folks from Pran , I left the event feeling elated to have had the chance to know more about the products as well as to see happy faces after they won various prizes. Another event for a good cause just came into my email today. This time around it is an initiative by MBO Cinemas and St. Johns Malaysia Ambulance, who recently announced the launch of a nationwide blood donation campaign. The campaign is set to take place in 23 (of 25) MBO locations around Malaysia, this September 27. At the same time, this campaign will be attempting to make it into the Malaysia Book of Records as the Biggest Nationwide Blood Donation Campaign by a Cinema Organization, by achieving 5000 blood donors in a single day.
