Another interesting piece of news reached my inbox this week, where there's going to be a new watch system to pay for your purchases contactlessly.   Visa and Maybank recently launched an internal pilot of Watch2Pay, the first contactless payment watch in Asia. My brother just got himself a spanking new watch yesterday when we were at Queensbay Mall Penang. Well, he needed a watch since like for years, and since I was around, I helped him choose one. The model he took was from Casio, and the main reason I chose this for him was because it had quite a hefty discount. Probably because it's not of the latest range? The model is EF 305D Edifice Retrograde series and we bought it from Jusco Queensbay Mall. Have a look below. Edifice Range with multiple dials What striked me as interesting about this watch was that it had multiple dials on its faceplate, one for the date, one for the day and another showing 24 houred time. It's a no frills watch with no extra bells and whistles, but I have to appreciate that the needle display is luminous and glows in the dark, and it's water resistant up to 10 bars.
