Always a big fan of grilled meat, I was at Palace of the Golden Horses the other day to try out their "Hot From The Grill" buffet. My final CNY writeup before the reunion dinner happening tomorrow night, this time of the recent  Chinese New Year Buffet which I enjoyed over at Carousel International Coffeehouse at Palace Of The Golden Horses . I found it interesting a buffet is held instead of the more traditional sit-down set meals, with a healthy spread of Chinese cuisine available.
