My ride has been my workhorse for the past 2 years+, 3years exactly this October, now clocking in at over 120,000 km. Ever since my 100k km mark, I've begun servicing my Kia Forte outside the Kia service centres , mainly due to the prohibitive high pricing that Naza charges for servicing and labour. I have modified my ride to the extent that voiding the factory warranty seems pretty reasonable for the huge savings incurred by servicing it outside.  This time around, for my car's 120,000km service I did it at KCM (Korean Car Mates), the Korean Cars Specialist at Glenmarie Shah Alam after hearing lots of recommendations from fellow car club members. Chinese New Year is just around the corner, and the exodus back to hometown has begun. Everybody has either started or is going to head back in time for the celebrations. Now any long journey can be dangerous if our vehicle has not been checked or serviced recently, hence I was at the nearest KIA Service Centre a couple of days back in Setapak for my 60,000 km service in preparation of the journey back.   Servicing my car at the KIA Service Centre @ Setapak for the CNY holidays

Waking up on the second day of 2014, to a sight which made me feel like I did something wrong last year and this was a punishment to me. I saw my car slumped to the left side, as the front left tyre was left without any air inside, being flat and all . Instantly, my thoughts were to dig out my tyre changing tools and my spare tyre from the boot of my car, to change to a spare tyre and drive to the nearest tyre shop to repair my flat one.  Seeing this sight always makes me sad
