This time around, I had the opportunity to dine at The Emperor Chinese Restaurant, Dorsett Grand Subang to try out their scrumptious Chinese New Year set menu.  We were in for a treat as the 'Goodwill Set' was served, packaged at RM 1388++ for a table of 8-10 persons. My first time over at Dorsett Regency Kuala Lumpur , and it was to be a dinner affair at their Checkers Cafe.
