The other day I was at Publika early in the morning for the Lingham's Chilli Sauce Convoy Campaign Launch and felt a tinge of hunger. This morning, while hanging around Prince Court Medical Centre , I dropped by their in-house Coffee Bean outlet for a quick breakfast. Mang Chuan Restaurant is located just behind the Wangsa Maju LRT Station and have been my favourite haunt for food at night. I rarely have the opportunity to catch my breakfast there, but recently I took the chance to have something light before my journey back hometown for the Raya holidays.

Today, while I was having my wan tan mee for breakfast, a loud deafening sound interrupted me. The sound went "Tong Tong Tong Chiang!!" When I looked up, I realized the coffeeshop I was having my breakfast at, was being visited by a lion dance troupe . Over the months, I've noticed my waistline growing bigger and bigger. The turning point i guess was when i bought that piece of jeans last week, and realized i can no longer wear my usual size 32, it is now size 34 ! So yesterday evening, went and got myself some Quaker Oats, from my readings off the internet, oats are suppose to be good for the heart, lowers cholesterol and if taken regularly, can help to reduce weight.
