Now I've been supporting MBO Cinemas' and their frequent blood donation campaigns every year. It's good news then that I got to know MBO Cinemas’ Blood Donation Drive exceed this year’s target of collecting over 5000 pints of blood, making the campaign a tremendous success. Another event for a good cause just came into my email today. This time around it is an initiative by MBO Cinemas and St. Johns Malaysia Ambulance, who recently announced the launch of a nationwide blood donation campaign. The campaign is set to take place in 23 (of 25) MBO locations around Malaysia, this September 27. At the same time, this campaign will be attempting to make it into the Malaysia Book of Records as the Biggest Nationwide Blood Donation Campaign by a Cinema Organization, by achieving 5000 blood donors in a single day.
