I've grown up with TP-LINK's superb networking products, so when I heard they are entering the smartphone market in Malaysia with the introduction of its entry-level phone, the Neffos C5L and its mid-range phone, the Neffos C5, I just had to attend the launch, tagged as NEFFOS C5 LIVE FUN,

Neffos C5 Live Fun
What exactly is Neffos C5 Live Fun? Well for starters their tagline is Live Fun, hence everything to do with their latest smartphones are to inject fun and functionality to users. I personally own the Neffos C5 and I must say, I super love the bright and vivid 5.0-inch HD 1280 X 720 IPS display. Watching movies, and cartoons on my smartphone has never been better!

Speaking at the launch, Robert Hu, Regional Manager of Asia-Pacific and Middle East & Africa (AP&MEA), Neffos said,

Handling the smartphones in my hands, I'm satisfied with the build quality of the Neffos C5 and C5L, feeling substantial and rather weighty. It was a hands on experience during the event, but with the limited time I had, I'm pretty amazed at the display screen and speed. Check out the product details below.

The Neffos C5 is equipped with a 5.0-inch HD 1280 X 720 IPS display and the Neffos C5L boasts a 4.5-inch FWVGA display that puts them at the pinnacle of cinematic mobile viewing. Consumers can now immerse themselves in a colourful new world that is brighter, sharper and more defined than ever before.

The Neffos C5 and C5L is powered by a MTK MT6735 4x Cortex-A53 1.3GHz processor and a Qualcomm MSM8909 ARM Cortex-A7 1.1 GHz (Snap Dragon 210) processor respectively, which is designed to provide an uncompromised mobile experience. Packed with 16GB of ROM and 2GB of RAM, the Neffos C5 allows users to seamlessly switch between multiple applications on the move, while the Neffos C5L is equipped with 1 GB of RAM, 8GB of ROM and 32 GB of expandable SD memory, so that users can easily manage and keep their files, apps and entertainment.

Both the Neffos C5 and Neffos C5L are equipped with an 8MP rear camera that allows users to capture their favourite moments in perfect detail.
