The most blessed time of the year is just around the corner, the Ramadan Al-Mubarak. "Buka Puasa" or Iftar is a very special occasion for Muslims, where everybody will get together with family and friends to break fast during the holy month of Ramadhan. I had the opportunity to attend Grand Blue Wave Hotel Shah Alam's Ramadhan Buffet Preview, so here's my sharing on the dishes available.

On top of the usual malay traditional fares, we were treated to some seafood as well, in the form of fresh prawns, oysters, and japanese dishes which includes sushi, salmon and the likes. This is in part due to the fact
Grand Blue Wave Hotel has their own Japanese restaurant which is certified halal as well.
