Brew & Stone @ Kota Damansara Brew & Stone, by Pokok Kelapak is this quaint looking cafe / restaurant located in Kota Damansara. The theme of the cafe is cars and bikes, which is really interesting, serving some really nice coffee and western cuisine which includes grilled meat and more! DOUTOR Coffee, Fresh Quality Coffee @ Sunway Velocity Mall A coffee cafe chain from Osaka, Japan? Wow, now they have come to Malaysia, a brand famed for their coffee. I haven't personally tried the ones in Japan, but from what I gathered from friends, this Doutor Coffee brand is pretty popular and huge there. Good Coffee Day 2.0 @ Pantai Sentral Park Now I missed out on the first time Good Coffee Day was held at Pantai Sentral Park , hence when I heard there's another round happening, I didn't miss the chance to check it out. 1st Pokemon Cafe In Malaysia @ Anista Tokyo AEON Mid Valley Just last evening, I had the good opportunity to try out some Pokemon themed dishes from the yet-to-open Pokemon Cafe over at Anista Tokyo AEON Mid Valley . I Love Coffee & Tea Expo 2016 Happening at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre this weekend from 28th to 30th October 2016, the  I Love Coffee & Tea Expo should satisfy most coffee and tea enthusiast. It runs from 10am to 9pm, so be sure to check them out. Organized by FORTE Expo, I was there last Friday on their first day, with lots of activities lined up over the weekend, including latte art workshops, tea ceremonies, and brewing method demos. We dropped by our favourite cafe, Garage 51 at Bandar Sunway to savour their Jom Makan June Specials recently. The menu is created for the Ramadan month, which includes their latest addition to  Garage 51’s Messed Up Family beverages, spaghetti and fried rice with lots of meaty goodness. My first time over to this very chic and hip looking Greyhound Cafe at Bukit Bintang, KL and it was for a Zomato Foodie Meetup. Located at the busiest junction between Fahrenheit 88 and Lot 10, this cafe does bring it the crowd, as it was fully packed that night we were there. So I heard this cafe,  Huckleberry Food & Fare @ Plaza Damansara, Damansara Heights has been a very popular spot for those looking for great coffee, bread, cakes, breakfast platter and other noms. One of the very popular bakery cafe in town, Le Pont Boulangerie has always left a lasting impression on me ever since I tried them out last year. Cafe hopping has become a trend nowadays, with groups of friends going from one cafe to another in a day, or over the weekend. This time around, under KetchUp, we had a Blogger Speed Run event over the past weekend. It brought me to the township of Subang Jaya, hopping a total of six cafes, bonding with the owners, and best of all having an awesome time with fellow bloggers over great food. I was at Cafe Malaysia's inaugural trade and consumer event in Malaysia dedicated to the café and teahouse communities last year, and here I am again for the second one. Café Malaysia which enjoyed a successful inaugural showing just eight months ago in May 2015, opened its doors yesterday to a bigger and better show at MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre. The organisers are expecting some 10,000 visitors who will be treated to a showcase by 102 exhibitors from 13 countries and a feast for the senses. A rather new cafe has opened up in the vicinity of Mutiara Damansara. Pholio Cafe's the name, with a sports themed interior , serving one of the nicer nasi lemak kukus tradisi on their menu, on top of other western fares. What's new in town? Highly popular in Korea, bingsu is a shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings ranging from fresh fruits, condensed milk, sweet syrup to red bean paste and many more.
