Oreo Party & Gathering At Carmen's Place

It started off with a Facebook event invitation co organized by Carmen and Kian Fai, one thing led to another and last night all of us met up at Carmen's place in SS2 for an Oreo blast! Oreo? What Oreo you say? Well, the highlight of the night would definately be Carmen's specialty, Fried Oreo La Delicious! Since it's the highlight, the first picture shall be of this special dish. Fried Oreo! A group of happening bloggers reached her place at around 8 plus. Let's do a short roll call, because I did not manage to get a group photo with everyone in it. We have Carmen , Wilee, Henry Lee , Xing , Eli , Jayren , Qi Tyng, Tony , Elwyn , Melissa , Janice, Sherry , Adrian, Kian Fai , and Edmund. The Facebook Invitation The night started out with some Hokkien Noodles that Sherry and Kian Fai brought. To be followed by lots of unhealthy junk food! I reached the coffee shop slight late to see 5 of my blogger friends already seated at the table, namely Carmen, Tony, Shiok Leng, Kian Fai, and Elwyn. Upon 10 minutes after ordering, food was served. Check out below what we had for dinner that night. Be reminded this was before the heavenly Mille Crepe Cakes eating session. Popiah - RM1.70 / roll Wa Tan Hor Hokkien Char / Noodles Chicken Satay - Rm 0.60/stick It was a good dinner, but the best was yet to come. Brotzeit Bier Restaurant Dinner With Bloggers!

Image
Tonight was really an eventful night. It was Bernard's birthday today and a bunch of bloggers decided to have a birthday celebration aka dinner gathering over at this really cool German restaurant at Midvalley. Brotzeir Bier Bar and Restaurant was the name of our venue tonight. Brotzeit! The bar I reached the place at 7.40pm and was pleasantly surprised to see there's already a group of the gang sitting at the tables already. Familiar faces, funny faces, friendly faces, weird faces, there are so many terms I can express for this bunch of bloggers I have come to know. This time around, I made it a point to get a book to record down everyone's details (Name, twitter acc, fb acc and the all important blog link). Probably next round I'll go for the phone numbers! Jackie came for awhile but had to leave early. Us! Minus Tikkoss the cool photographer! We have 1st row: Bernard , 2nd row: Henry , Jayren , Xing , Chloe , Jessy , Carmen , Eli , Qi Tyng , Evelyn , ...

Free Breakfast With A Fellow Blogger

Image
I woke up very early today, before 7am on a weekend. The occasion? One of my blogger friend is in town! He goes by the blog name Suituapui or STP for short. Truth to be told, he was one of my first blog friend since I started blogging end of last year, so I really appreciate the support he has given me. It was really tough waking up this early on a Saturday, but miraculously I reached Hotel Bintang Warisan, Bukit Bintang where STP was staying at 7.30am. I was promised a free breakfast since STP had a breakfast coupon for 2 at the hotel's cafe.  Free Breakfast accepted because I was taught from young to never back down from a free meal! Hotel Bintang Warisan Cafe The cafe was quite cozy, with simple decor, but this was to be expected since the hotel itself wasn't a 5 star hotel to start with. Snapped a few pictures as below of the cafe itself, and promptly sat down to order our breakfast. The Cafe My order was the Nasi Lemak set as recommended by STP, while he ...
