Indigenous and International Flavors in a Brand New All Day Dining Menu 

It was an evening of nom pleasures over at TEMPTations, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. We had the opportunity to check out their brand new all day dining menu, and sample the delectable Gobble Gobble buffet spread as well. TEMPTationS has revamped its menu recently to offer a more exciting dining approach with delicious new dishes and plenty of choices to choose from! We had a whole lot to choose from. Starters and Salads to Sandwiches, Soups, Indigenous Asian and Pastas, Comfort Food, Pizzas and Desserts, the refreshed menu has it all covered.

With over 50 items to choose from, diners can savor a range of Western, Asian and Local dishes specially prepared with sustainable and locally sourced fresh produce. The Starters and Salad section is strewn with a variety of new items such as Popiah goreng, Buffalo style chicken wings, Kerabu mangga and Rojak.

American Style 10" Rendang Pizza

A new addition to the American style 10 inch pizzas is the handmade Rendang pizza generously topped with chicken rendang, pepper, pineapple and bean curd as well as a dash of bird’s eye chili for an added punch on the palate.

Sandwiches and Soups take on a new twist with Roti John, an all-Malaysian sandwich of local baguette filled with minced chicken, egg and tomato-chili sauce served with a side dish of mango salad and Vegetable kathi wrap, a tortilla filled with cottage cheese, potatoes, sliced onion, bell peppers and lettuce accompanied with yogurt mint dip.

Other indigenous must-try dishes include the slow braised North Malaysia oxtail soup infused with traditional spices, coriander leaf and lime or TEMPTationS’ rendition of Nasi goreng kampong served with satay, fried chicken, fried eggs, prawn cracker and sambal belacan as well as the Hainan chicken rice.

From 1st August till 30th September 2017, TEMPTations at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel are running the Gobble Gobble lunch or dinner buffets as well.  Lunch buffet is priced at only RM60nett per person while the Dinner Buffet from Thursdays to Saturdays is at RM80nett per person.  In addition to the reduced buffet prices, diners will be able to complement their meals with 2 hours free flow of house wine at RM66nett per person or 2 hours free flow of soft drinks at RM22nett per person and complimentary car park at the hotel basement.

 rom Soups and Salads to a variety of Seafood on Ice to start off your meal, there is also a hearty selection of homemade breads and cheeses to be relished. Specials at the Dinner Buffet include live stations dishing out Chicken shawarma, Roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary jus, Freshly grilled chicken and beef satay and Salt crusted baked whole seabass to name a few.
