Located in Kajang, it's within vicinity of two major universities, University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL). During my visit to the show units, I was taken in by the modern, simple yet beautiful space that makes up the living room, dining and bedrooms. The one we visited was a rather spacious 1296 sq feet, with ample space in each room. Love it!

De Centrum Mall is Up & Running!

Within walking distance, within De Centrum City, there's already a boutique neighbourhood mall, De Centrum Mall, up and running. Retail mix comprise of a supermarket, F&B outlets, convenience store, appliances & general household stores, IT, entertainment. In fact, until today, more than 70% of the mall has been tenanted with more coming in real soon! Their anchor tenant is Super 7, occupying approximately 38,000 sqf of prime supermarket space at the Lower Ground Floor of De Centrum Mall. We had our lunch there, and it was all good.

Upcoming Development Coming To De Centrum City

Dato' Sri Chong Ket Pen (FB: https://www.facebook.com/DSChongKetPen) have great plans for De Centrum city, with the latest plan being a phase of affordable Lifestyle Suite to be launched towards the 4th quarter of 2017. Their target market are the Gen Z / millennials with a target selling price of below RM350,000 per suite. Wow! This is really something to look forward to. Design concept will be ‘vibrant and playful’ and built with IT features where the developer plans to incorporate features of the ‘Internet of Things’.
