COWAY Run 2017 This Coming May: Register Online

When was your last run? For me, I'm guilty for slacking off this past couple of months, and it shows. My love handles are wider now, and face rounder. Just yesterday, I was at COWAY Run's press con, where they announced their debut run this 7th May 2017 at the Starling Mall, Uptown Damansara.

During the launch, Mr Kyle Choi Ki Ryong, Managing Director of COWAY highlighted that COWAY Run aims to be a medium for Malaysians to step out from their comfort zones and be courageous to take that first step to a better, healthier life.

The run is not exactly hardcore, with a 5km and 10km distance open up for registration  with four categories of men and female veteran, men and women open (ages 18 and above). No 21km or 42km here, so I can foresee many would join as this can cater to all fitness levels.

If you haven't noticed yet, the running phenomenon has reached a really high level, as more Malaysians have taken up running towards a healthier lifestyle. Long distance running is no longer just for the fitness addicts, but even 'normal' folks like you and me are taking it up, sweating it out for a better heart, mind and soul.
