Now here's an interesting Ramadan promo review, one which I went last week. Did you know Hei Sushi, one of the few Halal Japanese Restaurant Chain certified by JAKIM, has opened its first outlet in Alamanda Shopping Centre. They introduced their Hei Sushi Ramadan Special promo the other day, so do check out below on what's offered.

Ramadan Set A - RM19.90

Ushering in the coming Ramadan and Raya celebrations, Hei Sushi invites diners to discover an extensive array of Ramadan Special sets. Starting from 23rd May till 31st July, Hei Sushi Putrajaya will be serving their Ramadan menu every day from 6pm until 9.30pm.

Red Pasion - Refreshing soda which comes with every set

For the Ramadan Set A, customers get to enjoy an appetiser, main course, and a glass of refreshing soda. All for only RM19.90, now that's a very reasonable price if you ask me. One can choose from a selection of sumptuous main courses such as Katsu Jyu, Tori Jyu, Tenzaru Inaniwa Udon Curry, and Tori Inaniwa Udon. Katsu Jyu and Tori Jyu comes with three choices of sauce - curry, teriyaki or spicy peanut. 

Ramadan Set B - RM25.90

If you crave for Japanese Sushi and tempura, then opt for the Ramadan Set B which costs RM25.90, another very reasonable price. On top of the appetiser, drink and main course selection, customers will get an additional side dish. The side dish includes any one of the following - Spider Maki, Otak-Otak Harumaki, Sunshine Maki or Ebi Tempura.

For larger groups of four diners or more, then do go for the value-for-money Set C. With a  price of RM129.90 , diners can enjoy the wide range of main course selections which include Hei Tori Specialty, Tori (Chicken), Shake Kara with rice, Ika Kara with rice and Kaisen Inaniwa to name a few. 

Both Hei Tori specialty and tori (chicken) are cooked with their chef's special spicy peanut sauce, for that local kick in the tastebud. Seafood lovers could choose the Shake Kara and Ika Kara, salmon fillet and grilled squid respectively. Those who prefer a less intense sauce can go for Kaisen Inaniwa Udon comprising of assorted seafood dressed with teriyaki garlic sauce.

Not to be missed are their fresh and enticing side dishes where we get to choose our favourite two out of seven unique offerings - air flown fresh Sashimi platter, ball shaped Temari Combo, golden Tempura Moriawase and signature maki selections of Spider Maki, Hei Maki, Sunshine Maki or Hana Neta.
