The all new, grand and high tech Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 or better known as klia2 is set to be launched very soon. In fact as I write this, klia2 has already begun operations with flyers already experiencing all that they have to offer. I for one have not had the chance to step in and seen the interior and infrastructure yet, but I must say, the anticipation is high!

If you're as curious as me, short of driving all the way to klia2 itself, or when you're flying overseas, there is another way to keep abreast on the developments of klia2 before their official launch. What's In Your Bag? 

With the launch of klia2 coming up soon, a campaign is initiated by the good folks from klia2, aptly named the What's In Your Bag? contest. They will have a giveaway of 5k worth of prizes (products they have shopped on the website), one winner a day for 15 days starting from 9th June to 23rd June 2014. This campaign is mainly running on a microsite to showcase klia2 as a shopping hub and the brands available to create the buzz online. Do check out their microsite at http://whatsinyourbag.my/en/.

Did you know klia2 on top of being the nation's airport, they do offer a wide selection of retail outlets offering everything from food, beverage, lifestyle, fashion, electronics, duty-free and non duty-free, and many more.

Coming back to What's In Your Bag? contest, the mechanics are pretty simple, one which I have undertaken to join, and you should to! All you have to do is to log on to their site at http://whatsinyourbag.my/en/ which will then be prompted by a pop up announcing that you have a chance to win products you have shopped with a given budget of RM5,000.

Steps to join in

On the main page, users are encouraged to browse around and check out klia2’s offering online by spending the RM5,000 given to them. Users simply “add to cart” anything they want from the website. Once satisfied with selecting what they wish for with RM5,000 they can proceed to check-out. Upon successful completion of checkout, all users are automatically entered into a lucky draw with everything that they’ve purchased.In addition to the RM5,000 there will also be one lucky grand prize winner of an RM25,000 shopping spree!

Pretty easy isn't it. Basically, we are given RM5,000 to indulge and spend, which did not take much effort from my side. I love shopping, especially when it's as easy as this.
