Foodpanda Ties Up With Starbucks, Tony Roma's, Old Town White Coffee, and Morganfields

The last article I shared on Foodpanda's Delivery Service was a while back, one year ago to be exact, when I tried out their services. (Foodpanda Malaysia Delivery Service). It was a pretty smooth experience, even when the clientele was limited.

Recently, I received a press release from them on some pretty big tie-ups with major leading food chains, namely Starbucks, Tony Roma's, Old Town White Coffee and Morganfields.

This post will be a short one to share on the current latest tie ups by Foodpanda. Check out some of part of the press release below.

Local food delivery e-commerce website, foodpanda.my has just recently tied up with more international food chains including Starbucks, Tony Roma’s, Old Town White Coffee and Morganfields. This means city dwellers in the Klang Valley and Penang can now expect to have their favorite cup of coffee and ribs delivered directly to them.

The tie-up is significant as it provides an alternative for customers to enjoy coffee and ribs without directly going to the outlets. This also provides an additional sales channel for these restaurants and an alternative way to reach out to these customers.

With over 300+ restaurants in the Klang Valley and now Penang, foodpanda.my has become the biggest food delivery service in Malaysia. “We are proud to be working alongside these brands and delivering a greater variety of food delivery choices to Malaysians” says Claudio Abitante, Managing Director of foodpanda.my.

To celebrate this tie-up, foodpanda.my will be offering free delivery for these brands from 1st to 8th July 2013. Food can be ordered from foodpanda.my via their website, iOS and Android application or by calling their hotline at 03-26144155. Do check them out, should you be having one of those "I don't want to leave the house for food" days.
