It was a lazy Saturday afternoon, when Janice and I decided to drop by Chilla Cup's outlet in Solaris Mont Kiara to enjoy their coffee and some nice side dishes. Chilla Cup was the one that sponsored my Expendables 2 movie tickets last week (The Expendables 2 Movie Review) which got me interested to try out their fares.

Outback Steakhouse Bukit Bintang

Now I've heard good things about this steak house, Outback Steakhouse located just opposite Lowyat Plaza in Bukit Bintang but haven't had the chance to dine there. Not until last weekend, where I had an opportunity to try out a couple of their signature dishes. Spanning 23 countries in America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East, Outback is an international name which expatriates living around the vicinity often come to frequent this outlet.

Glenmorangie Orange Sultry Swing Party

So I've been to a couple of Glenmorangie orange themed parties before and it has all been memorable probably due to the single malt delight. "Unnecessarily Well Made" Glenmorangie theme always leaves a lasting impression. This round I had the privilege to attend the Glenmorangie Orange Sultry Swing Party at The Hill Damansara Heights tonight.

Mid Autumn Festival is coming, on the 15th day of the eight lunar month, which translate to somewhere in September. I'm not really an expert on the dates, but there I was at Lai Ching Yuen Chinese Restaurant in Grand Millennium Hotel the other day to sample some of their delectable array of traditional and mini snow skin moon cakes.

Time really flies, I still remember vividly last year's Guinness Arthur's Day media launch, with the music, food, and Guinness Draught. There I was again on the 23rd of August to see this year's launching over at Studio Lounge, Tropicana City Mall. Going there after work to unwind with lots of Guinness seemed like a pretty good idea.

It's a Friday, everyone loves a Friday as we look forward to the weekend to recuperate and rest. This afternoon, a couple of my colleagues decided we needed a change from our usual economy rice lunch, and tried out this very nyonya looking thai restaurant over at Glenmarie Shah Alam called Bibiwok Thai Cuisine.

Zhung Kong Dim Sum @ Off Jalan Genting Klang

These past few days, due to the holidays I took the chance to wake up earlier and head for this rather nice dim sum spot nearby my place in Setapak. Zhung Kong Dim Sum, located just off Jalan Genting Klang behind the KFC Jalan Genting Klang was my choice of restaurant to have some early morning dim sum with Janice.

Shower gel for men must be one of the really under-rated cleansing product out there. Over the years, I have used shampoos, facial washes and the occasional acne cream, but never have I actually gone out of my way to look for a good shower gel. Samira By Asian Terrace @ Sentul Park KLPAC

Recently I've been to a fair number of Thai restaurants around KL, and I must say, there's a rather huge number of people who love Thai food. Samira Thai Restaurant by Asian Terrace is another fine Thai establishment located inside Sentul Park KL just beside the KL Performing Arts Centre (KLPAC). Now the first thing that caught my eye when I went there was that the environment was truly beautiful.

H-Artistry KL 2012 Coming Up!

So far, I've been privileged enough to have the opportunity to catch most of H-Artistry's explosive parties with the latest one held in Penang couple of months back. (H-Artistry Penang 2012 Meet & Greet) That was a pretty cool experience as a whole entourage of us from KL went down to party with the Penangites. The last time I was at Desa Parkcity was for a blogger's outing (Desa Parkcity Bloggers Fun Photo Outing) so I had some good memories of the place.

Weekend Getaway @ Hard Rock Hotel Penang

Hard Rock Hotel Penang, a perfect spot to run off to over the weekend in Penang Island for a much needed rest and relaxation. This was my second time staying over at their Seaview Deluxe Room, and I must say, the view itself took my breath away again. The iconic Hard Rock logo created with chandelier-like lighting  hover over the entrance of the vibrant lobby, accompanied by music all around. Last week, on a beautiful Sunday, I had the opportunity to spend my morning at Juice Works in Pavilion KL with a whole bunch of other bloggers thanks to Nuffnang. It was to be a blogger's gathering of sorts, on top of trying out the various healthy drinks that Juice Works had to offer. I may be slow, as this was actually my first time trying out the fruit juices at this outlet.

"Menjelang Hari Raya" Cube Mix With Celcom

Well, what do we have here this time. My last writeup on this subject was just a couple of days back (Celcom's The Cube Celebrates Ramadan & Raya) and here we are again, even closer to Hari Raya being just days ahead. Testosterone filled shooting action with a star studded cast, that pretty much sums up The Expendables 2 screening which I had the opportunity to catch last night over at GSC Midvalley courtesy of Chilla Cup. If you have caught the first installment back in 2010, this one is more or less the same.

Most people I know love sushi, and with the ever growing need for everything Sushi, it's no surprise that Sushi Tei opened up their new branch over at the new Setia City Mall. My last writeup on Sushi Tei was on their outlet in Tropicana City Mall (Sushi Tei @ Tropicana City Mall) so when I had the chance to dine over at their spanking new outlet in Setia City Mall, I jumped at the opportunity.

Paranorman 3D Movie Review (2012)

The trailer for Paranorman 3D got me chuckling, so I was pretty excited when given the opportunity to catch the premiere screening of this movie over at GSC 1 Utama last night thanks to ChurpChurp. I've always loved animated films and zombie flicks, Paranorman 3D was a mix of these two delights.

Celcom's The Cube Celebrates Ramadan & Raya

Raya is just around the corner, less than a week left to be exact. The thought about the celebrations, and holidays has to have an effect on us. Families and friends will get the opportunity to catch up, strengthening the relationship bonds, to celebrate Ramadan and Syawal. There's just so many things to get excited about during this festive season.

Teeq Brasserie Rooftop Restaurant Lot 10

Now did you know up on the rooftop of Lot 10 in Bukit Bintang there is this nice romantic dining place called Teeq Brasserie? Well I for one did not, hence I was pretty pleased when invited last week to dine there together with some friends. With a rather nice green lawn in front of the restaurant, Teeq welcomes its guests with a wood themed decor, with a beautiful view of KL's skyline.

International Baby Expo (IBEX) 2012 KLCC

So I heard it was the 8th International Baby Expo this time around, happening right in the heart of KL, over at KLCC Convention Centre. As Janice is already in her 2nd trimester, we figured it was good to go have a look around at what the expo had to offer. Little did I know I would be walking away with RM 300+ worth of baby products at the end of the "walk".
