H-Artistry KL 2012 Coming Up!

So far, I've been privileged enough to have the opportunity to catch most of H-Artistry's explosive parties with the latest one held in Penang couple of months back. (H-Artistry Penang 2012 Meet & Greet) That was a pretty cool experience as a whole entourage of us from KL went down to party with the Penangites. This round, H-Artistry is back again in KL this coming September 2012! 

H-Artistry coming to KL this 8th September 2012

This post shall serve as a pre-writeup to this upcoming H-Artistry, one which I would gladly attend as it will be held in KL. Taking place on 8 Sept 2012, 8.30pm onwards at Level 15, KWC KL, H-Artistry is bringing yet another eclectic mix of sights, sounds, and the signature taste of Hennessy V.S.O.P. long drinks!

This upcoming H-Artistry party is the 2nd installment of 2012’s Global Art of Mixing Trilogy, and it will be headlined by Dutch vocal powerhouse Eva Simons, alongside Jakarta’s cult-status DJ Angger Dimas, Malaysia’s very own B.A.T.E. and Mr.Nasty & GuruGuru (aka Bass Agents). Also featuring an all-new Hennessy Art of Mixing Zone, the madly popular Hennessy 360 Cam, and lots of Hennessy V.S.O.P., H-Artistry will be THE party to be at this September.

Eva Simons
Back in 2009, Eva Simon’s track entitled “Silly Boy” started to gain popularity on the internet and received attention from the likes of Kanye West. Bolstered by this initial success, Simons went on to sign a worldwide record deal at EMI, which led to even more notable records from her up to mid-2010.

Angger Dimas
Hailing from Jakarta, 24 year old Angger Dimas is the epitome of young DJ-ing talent from around the region. Commanding an underground cult following in the party scene of South East Asia’s largest metropolis, Dimas started out young by picking up the guitar at the tender age of 7.

B.A.T.E. (Brain And The Eye)
B.A.T.E., made up of local duo Wai Hong and Ethan Curzon, are two fast rising nu-breeds aspiring to be the next big DJ duo in the local scene. Known for their hand-picked selection of only the finest tunes in Disco, Techno, Big Room and Electro, B.A.T.E. are heavily influenced by EDM juggernauts such as Laidback Luke, Boys Noize and Steve Angello.

Nasty and GuruGuru a.k.a Bass Agent
Known for their dirty, energetic electro house and big room tunes, their monthly parties at various locations around Kuala Lumpur such as CTRL at Zouk, Avant/Garde at Vertigo and TOP at Bakita have earned them borderline cult status and potent street cred.
